directors, producers, casting agents, cinematographers, editors,
computer effects artists, and acting coaches. The large common room
also makes an ideal space for classes, casting calls, and rehearsals.
The Building
Located just two blocks off of historic
Route 66 on the east side of
Albuquerque's historic Nob Hill District, 304 Washington enjoys an
excellent location in Albuquerque. It has easy access to both I-25 and
I-40, and is close to both Downtown Albuquerque and the University
District. In addition, the unique restaurants, shops, and other
establishments of Nob Hill are close at hand. The building has it's own
dedicated, gated parking lot.
The Space
There are 8 individual offices, a large upstairs boardroom, and a reception area in addition to the 13'x34' common room and a kitchen area.
